A great curriculum which gives me a blueprint from which to establish my own teaching business. The SOPs are clear and cogent, and if followed with strict consistency will result in success. James and Stefy are excellent trainers and have great presentation and motivational skills.

I had already done the first 21 day challenge a couple of years ago but hadn't really followed up on it because at the time I was busy with other work. Since then my mindset has changed. Before I was curious but unsure whether I could do it whereas no I am determined to move forward and committed to taking action. However, even accepting that my approach has been different this time, I have many positive things to say about the new challenge. Firstly I love that each day is a manageable chunk and it's great to have the worksheets to keep and review as you move from day to day. Building in mindset work has also been really helpful. I think changing mindset is the key really - the first week seems the most challenging in terms of homework and I had a sense of resistance still that week but I reminded myself that these are just obstacles and overcoming them leads to growth. The examples of teachers, including yourself, who have all already done this and achieved their goals is also inspiring and I have really appreciated the interaction with and support from some of them in the live sessions and via messages. Alongside this, James's empathy with teachers built on his experience with everyone in the last few years is very engaging. I'm still focused for the moment on completing the passive income materials I would like to share and I feel like my niche may be more suited to Facebook than LinkedIn but everything about becoming an entrepreneur, organising your time, engaging with clients, marketing ..all of it is relevant so clearly explained and valuable whichever platform. It’s been a trip and a half for sure!

I wanted to retake the 21-Day Challenge to update the skills and techniques I learned over four years ago.

I am not disappointed!

This training is very streamlined and to the point.

It’s a great jumping-off point for new Teacher entrepreneurs and helps us oldies or seasoned TEs to streamline our processes, saving us tons of time.

I’m happy to report that for the first time, I am keeping track of my KPIs electronically rather than only manually writing them on a daily basis.

The training guided me in thinking even more deeply about my niche needs.

My biggest key takeaway is that with this concise and clear training, I am finally confident to plan my first mini-program as it's going to be more in-depth on a topic that I myself need to research and learn about.

I am allocating the balance of this November, December, and perhaps the beginning of January 2025, using this slightly slower period to dig deep and get it done!

The 21-day challenge provided me with a very clear, structured, step-by-step guide on how to promote and expand my teaching business in Linkedin. This approach resonated well with me as that’s the way I like to study and learn. It’s was great to be able to ask questions about everything and anything whether as you go day by day or during the live sessions. Something It was very helpful is all the Chatgpt prompts we received to help us with different stages of the process, in particular the ones to help us create our own programs and materials.
The challenge has helped to change my mindset gradually in different ways. In the past, I wasn’t willing to use social media at all. Now, I’m able to see the benefits of using Linkedin to expand my business and I’m slowly using it; so, I’m waiting with expectation for good results. Another mindset shift was is learning that as a tutor, I can feel valuable and respected and worthy to charge more for my services. And so far, I was able to increase my prices about 35% in the platform I currently teach which it has been a big step for me

I got the opportunity to do the 21-Day Challenge for the 2nd time. So many teachers succeeded, where I did not at first.
