I highly recommend James Liu's training for ESL teachers to recruit their own students. We are highly trained to teach ESL but we lack the skills in marketing and sales. These are the two pieces of the puzzle that James provides. The Challenge is a great format to do this training. Some of it is really intense but all is beneficial. I am growing more confident each day that I can do the research, marketing and sales needed to be successful. The technical aspect of this training is excellent, but, to me, the Mindset videos are invaluable. Teachers have to overcome some hang-ups and fears that we never faced as a traditional teacher. James's mindset videos help us to overcome those fears. I feel that I can truly have success in my new business as an Entrepreneur/Teacher! I am excited about the future!

During this challenge James Liu explained us how to define the teaching niche and develop it, make business foundation. I've known about sells market, strategy session, different ways of direct massages. I changed my LinkedIn profile a Facebook account, posted massages to my niche professionals. I thought the TE Challenge gave a lot of useful information which we were able to implement in a 'real' way through the practical tasks. It was intense at times (and definitely a 'challenge to complete in the 21 day time frame!) but James spurs you on! The mindset videos and the FB community also really helped to keep my motivation and momentum. What a ride!

Though this online course was intense, it was well worth the time and effort to complete it. The value for the price is one of the real features of The Challenge. Though I'm experienced with sales and marketing for my own online editing business, I learned a lot more than I expected while completing the course. I would really recommend the Teacher-Entrepreneur Challenge. It helps you start to build the skills you need to have a teaching business and, perhaps more importantly, to think in the right way in order to achieve it. Honestly, when I first received a message from James I was really skeptical. I thought he worked for another company that claimed to help teachers, but really took advantage of us. This was definitely not James. He sent me his e-book and I read through it and thought "wow, he really has a plan and this all makes sense". Then I decided to take the leap and join his challenge. I have been teaching English for many years, with two years online. I am trained in Marketing, Public Relations and Sales, yet I just couldn´t put it all together. WOW!! This challenge has been a roller coaster ride for me. I retired recently from my teaching job and was looking for something in the same line of work. I saw an email from James explaining the Teacher- Enterpreneur challenge. My immediate thought - this guy has got to be an imposter. Really!! Become a teaching enterpreneur in 21 days? I, so much wanted it to be true!! I am a procrastinator, so much so I did not want to even open the ebook least I be swayed into joining the course. And then I saw a clip on LinkedIn from a friend and colleague, Katrina Pierre who worked with me in Beijing. She gave James a 5star review which convinced me that was the way forward and now I am doing the same, giving James a 5star review as well He has a super effective program that provides participants the tools for developing marketing and selling their program. But inbetween be does loads of mentoring, and trouble shooting. I think that's the secret of his 21 challenge.
I began by saying to myself I would video my review, then chickened out and decided to text it.

It's a rip-snortingly great program! I'm loving it. The 21-day challenge is one of those courses that catapults your brain into a higher gear. It has simplified yet made more meaningful cut-through marketing and sales concepts for me and there are regular nudges with James' mindset videos.

My main concern with the material is that is not accessible. None of the videos have closed caption. I would suggest in the future to provide closed captioning for people with different processing ability. Vimeo is not very user friendly either. So rewinding to catch what was said is very inconvenient.

The information is good, but processing it was difficult and discouraging for me.
