The thing about this challenge is that it will provide value even before you start implementing any of the steps. Just by showing you a different perspective in terms of what you are worth and why what you do has greater value than you thought, you will get the confidence to increase your price immediately. Which is exactly the effect it had on me – I increased my current prices and I doubled the amount for the 2 new students I took on two weeks ago. The amount you charge also shows the amount of respect you have for yourself and your program.

As for the content of the challenge, it is PACKED with useful information and practical step-by-step instructions that will increase your revenue IF implemented properly. James is not here to show you how and what to teach, that’s your responsibility. He is here to show you how to sell what you teach in the most effective way. But the trick is – it requires consistency. Unless you follow all the steps and are consistent in implementing them, your results will suffer. But again, even if you only take the course and fail to implement any of the steps, you will still reap the benefits.

Even after signing-up I was initially skeptical about what we would learn in the Challenge and was so pleasantly surprised to find the daily videos so inspiring, the worksheets so thorough when summarizing information given in the video and so thought-provoking but fun to complete. The mindset videos were excellently timed and helped nudge me into action. The calls to action every day were good, however I would have preferred a break at the weekends to rest or catch up as only missing a few days I never managed to get back up to speed before the end, so don't feel I've graduated just yet.

James and his team are professional, organised and have your best interests at heart. The challenge pushed me and helped me think from a different perspective. It turned me from being just a teacher to a teacherprenuer. You have to do it if you want to grow and earn more!

I have been in business for 10+ years in Publishing, Podcasting, Public Speaking and Public Relations. While I have gained clients, done well for myself, built social proof and a reputation, I was too general. As James says, you want to transition from a General Practitioner to a Neurosurgeon.

With his 21 day program, the support and guidance of his team and the fellow participants, I feel confident that I have achieved what I have set out to do. It's still a work in progress as I pay close attention to the market to inform me going forward, but I know I am off to a good start and have a foundation on which to continue tweaking and building.

I took a part in 21 Days Teacher Entrepreneur Challenge in August 2022. I loved it because it showed me what I was lacking as an entrepreneur. It also gave me tools to make my first steps as a business person. The guidance James provides is broken into small steps, so everyone, even such a beginner as myself, is able to follow. James also offers post-challenge support, thanks that you are not left on your own when you still are a very inexperienced entrepreneur. But what I value the most is mental support. Us, teachers, we always want to be perfect and we won't accept any mistake. especially if it is our mistake. Luckily, James helps us accept ourselves and our job as it is, so that we can move forward and do it better tomorrow. Thank you James.

The Teacher-Entrepreneur Challenge is an excellent program as it teaches you step by step how, from a regular language teacher, you can become a teacher-entrepreneur and effectively position yourself in the market. Not only did I learn extremely valuable lessons and had many important insights, but I was constantly called to action through the daily challenges. Another thing I found highly valuable and very motivating is the community, the exchange of ideas and the feedback from the other teachers participating in the program and putting into practice what we've learned. And of course the example and support from the more experienced teachers who have already created their successful teaching businesses.
