It took me a few months to complete the challenge, because I have some personal constraints that mean I'm not in charge of my own time. It was absolutely worth it! I learned so much information that I couldn't have put together on my own, and James' mindset videos were invaluable. I have what it takes now to start my online teaching business, and make more money than I would working for a language school.

Teacher- Entrepreneur Challenge is indeed an exciting programme for teachers who’ve been planning to go independent!

The programme is really well-structured with tons of valuable input pertaining to becoming an independent teacher. To be frank, I learnt a lot throughout this challenge from James, his teammates and other teachers involved. I was able to discover my own niche, structure my own programme, marketize myself as a techer and change my mindset!

Trust me, this programme is the best one for those who plan to become independent teachers! Just give it a go and you’ll never regret!

The Teacher-Entrepreneur Challenge is a great exercise for those teachers that want to fly solo and take their game to the next level. I have been an online-preneur for 12 years and I have still been able to learn something new from this Challenge. First and foremost, how to create and structure an offering that serves my niche and how to make this a high-value ticket item. Whereas before I was stuck in the flat rate per hour system which obviously leads nowhere far. I have big goals. I want to make 10K a month and this is the first stepping stone to building a business I love. The Challenge includes solid marketing concepts and an actionable plan which is easy to carry out. James has managed to create a program with a very methodical, practical approach which makes it easy to put into practice. If you need to create an offering, organize your marketing and shift your mindset, this Challenge is for you. James is highly intelligent and I appreciate the way he´s created an actionable plan template that I can use over and over to create new and launch new programs/offerings according to my niche´s needs.

I’ve been impressed by the time, dedication and support offered by everyone in the team. This challenge is intense and pushes you beyond your comfort zone. The amount of information and advice is immeasurable. Above all, however, it has been the group that has made the experience what it is. This is the first challenge I have signed-up for that I have really engaged with and felt inspired and supported to take action!

The challenge course managed to shift my mindset in a different direction and started me to think about the possibilities that were beside me all the time, but towards which I did not dare to go.

Through a systematic and gradual process of acquiring information, to which I have always had resistance (billing and finding students), I managed to "hear" the other side of the story and to accept the fact that teachers do not only transfer their knowledge to students, but also help them solve problems which they have.

I was especially inspired and moved by the emotion of the Challenge community, people from different parts of the world, who had the same or similar problems as me and who were open to share them with each other. I felt a great closeness to the group and I felt as if we have always known each other.

Having done a couple of marketing courses online, I was unsure how James' course would be any different. The 7-Day Challenge was a good starter into changing your way of thinking about how to connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, and it segues well into the 2 1-Day Challenge.
21 days seems a lot at first, but the course is structured in such manageable chunks that it doesn't become overwhelming. You need to follow the steps each day or you'll fall behind, but it's good to have a bit of self-discipline and someone telling you to get on with things if you're stuck at home alone all day.
The templates James provides work well and are based on what works, so you have total trust in what he is giving you.
I liked his mindset videos he sends out regularly as they keep your motivation up when things don't seem to be moving as quickly as you'd like.
One thing, don't go into this course thinking after 3 weeks you'll be getting 10 clients a month, all paying a £1000 each. You have to be realistic, put the work in, be prepared to experiment, and keep trying.

The Teacher-Entrepreneur Challenge did a good job of providing some structure and methods to a disorganized idea I have had for some time. It helped me reconsider how I would structure my teaching business and take some tangible steps forward to making that a reality. It was well worth the time and money.
